Thursday 9th March: Joseph Vogl on ‘Financial Governance’ at UoM

Thursday 9th March, 17pm-19pm, University of Manchester, Samuel Alexander Building, Room A113, followed by a wine reception at Kro Bar.

 

Joseph Vogl (Professor of Modern German Literature, Cultural, and Media Studies, Humboldt-University Berlin) will deliver a lecture entitled ‘Financial Governance’. Power and political structures, as well as economic strategies are at the heart of this lecture. Vogl will trace the emergence of a type of ‘economic governance’ in today’s world.
